RBFP
The project supplies housing for over 500 refugees. There are 60 blocks containing family apartments and 68 blocks containing sets of double and single apartments, totaling out at 504 max capacity. There are four towers, with eight floors. Each floor is filled with four living blocks. The blocks are distributed in such a way that there are as little recurring patterns as possible, resulting in unique floorplans not only for every tower, but also every individual floor. Every apartment has a surrounding balcony/ outside livingspace. The usable area has been doubled by draping a park over the ground floor. In this way the general public can still use this prime location, with its beautiful ocean view.
